The Anti-Islamophobia Working Group proudly collaborated with PwC UK to mark “A Year of Impact”.
The AIWG outlined how Islamophobia has worsened in the UK this past year and how it can impact Muslim employees. Muslim women in particular feel vulnerable and raised concerns about their safety and wellbeing. With a dramatic 600% surge in Islamophobia this past year, it is clear that we need urgent action to help protect British Muslims from anti-Muslim hatred and discrimination.
PwC remains committed to a more inclusive and welcoming environment for its workforce, and the working group made clear recommendations through DEI policy and training.
