Thank you to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero for inviting the AIWG for a bespoke Islamophobia training and awareness session.
The department is committed to a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees, and this Islamophobia Awareness Month we reaffirmed our pledge to tackle Islamophobia.
A special thanks to the Muslim Network at the department for their ongoing efforts and hard work, as well as all the attendees for their engagement and insights shared throughout.
Together we planted the “seeds of change” and highlighted the positive contributions of DESNZ Muslim staff members.
